Does PILE CALL® clean the entire yard?
Pile Call® will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No, but we do need access to your gate or areas you want cleaned. We lock it when we’re done.
How do you ensure my dogs are safe?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at PILE CALL®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
What do we do with the dog waste?
We collect the waste and put in a sealed bag so there is no smell and place it in your trash with a scented bag.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal.
Do we clean with the dogs in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route
Can I request a specific day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
Can we provide a time window for servicing?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.

Are you licensed and insured?
It is always a good idea to choose a dog waste removal company that is licensed and insured. This will protect you in the event of any accidents or injuries that may occur while the service is being performed.

Do you disinfect the equipment before cleaning?
Yes! Safety is the top priority here at Pile Call. We disinfect all of our shoes and equipment with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs before each home and visit.
What time do will you arrive?
With respect to scheduling, we are unable to provide a timeframe for your scoop day. We work just like the garbage men and provide a service day. This also helps keep our rates low for you! Our routes run from around 8 am to dark.
Communication is important and you will always receive notice via text when we are on the way. We provide about 60 minutes’ notice so you are properly informed of our arrival. If you are at the beginning of our route, you will likely receive a 15-30 minute on-the-way text. We don’t want to bother you early in the morning before most are awake. Your scoop day will be the same day each week. If your service day ever changes, we will always communicate with you in advance.
